Mood HAPPY!
I am super proud of myself for losing this week. I did super crappy on eating but I exercised 3 times, which was my goal, so I am proud. Last week I decided to concentrate on exercising because I hadn't in a long time, this week I'm adding points. It's going to be hard but I can do it! Luke has decided to take Monday's off so I will always have the car on Monday's so I have decided that this will be my free lunch day. Unfortunately I don't get free lunch but I will use weekly points for this day. Then I can pick one other day for dinner to use weekly points, which will normally be our date night. But this week it will probably be Golden Corral tomorrow if we end up going. So I'm telling you now my goal is to lose between 1 to 2 pounds every week and exercise at least 4 times. I am really excited about this blog and I'm hoping it works to motivate us :)

This is me being SUPER happy about my weigh in and wearing my new shirt that you found on Saturday :)
My plan is to run tonight after it cools off for an hour...we'll see how it goes. Have fun swimming!
