Weigh in #4

BOOO! So, I either put the wrong weight last week or accidentally recorded a new weight on my scale.... I'm going to go by my scale.

Previous: 181.6

New: 181.6

Change: 0!

Okay so I have no valid reasons why I didn't lose anything and other than I'm glad that I didn't gain I'm pretty ticked! I haven't even logged on to Weight Watchers in the last couple weeks...which means I'm just wasting money and not losing any weight and I only exercised 4 times instead of my goal of 5.

This week I am determined to work out 5 times and count my points every day! I know yesterday was Sunday and I normally don't work out on Sunday, but I was way too excited to ride my bike so here is the workout.

Distance 4.93 Miles

Speed 8.2 MPH

Time: 36.17

Calories: 250

It's cool because I can choose biking when I put it under my workout so it knows what I'm doing!

Goals for this week:

Exercise at least 5 times ( I would really love to take the dogs on a walk and ride my bike)

Count all of my Weight Watchers points

Lose at least 1.5 pounds (I'm kind of nervous because I am going to be on my period next week)
