
So do I get to call myself a runner if I have to ice my knees? It wasn't too bad, they were just a little sore after my run last night. But I did it! And that is what is most important, right? I want to find some new places to run, I normally just go down to A&W and back and go through the culsdac a I little bit. So I'm going to have to research that so I don't get so bored.

ys andI have already lost 1.2 pounds! Now I just need to keep that up hopefully! I still plan on running today, tomorrow and Saturday. How have you been doing with eating and exercising?
