Weigh in #3

Last week: 162.2

New weight: 160.8 -1.4 :-)

I almost met my goal of 1.5 lbs! Woo hoo! I am really surprised because I didn't think I would make it with my back and not eating well this weekend.

I need to figure out what I'm going to do for exercise this week. I really liked riding my bike last week so I think I'm going to do that four times this week and then do some kind of strength training three times. My goal again is to lose 1.5 lbs. I hope I can meet that goal this week!
