I know the last couple of days have been crazy, and hopefully fun! I hope you post here soon, I'm anxious to hear how you've been doing.
I am so freakin in love with my bike! I just love riding it, and it is so relaxing just to be able to ride and listen to some tunes....so much better than running. Plus don't tell anyone else this but I think bikers are nicer than runners ;)
Monday: On Monday I decided for my bike rides I should go between 45 minutes and an hour to get a really good workout because riding isn't as hard for me as running. So, instead of just going back and forth on 800 West I got daring and rode down 500 south to the trail at Legacy Highway and rode to the exit at Pages Lane, then went up to the Rail Trail until 400 north and then went along 800 west and home. I LOVED IT! I like it because most of the time I was either in a huge bike lane or a trail and that makes me feel a lot safer. I also like the fact that a lot of people take these trails and they are in the open so I don't feel like I'm going to get kidnapped. So here are the stats for Monday's workout....

Tuesday:
I ended up being really busy on Tuesday but I was able to fit in a bike ride. I've been riding with Lisa so I get home about an hour later than I normally do, and then as soon as I got home I had to go visiting teaching. Then after that I hurried and ate so our Home Teachers could come over...they stayed for half an hour :P Then we had to run to the grocery store to get a few things, by the time I got home it was already 8:30 so I hurried and got ready and hit the road, hoping I'd be able to do the same route. I did most of it, but when I got to 400 North I called Luke and had him pick me up because there was no more trails or bike lanes and it was getting dark. But, I'm really glad that I did it, and it was super nice! I'm glad because I'm going to a jewelry party at Lisa's moms house so I don't know how late I'm going to be. But I love it because I actually look forward to exercising, and I'm even more excited for Luke to be able to come with me. Here are the stats for last night....
