Lost .4!
Yay for weigh in day and a start of a new week! :) I was going to do really good with points and exercising last week...I didn't really do that great with either. But, I'm excited that I lost something even if it isn't that much. So here are my goals for this week:
1. Exercise at least 4 times (preferably run 3 times and do zumba/step aerobics 2 times)
2. Count all of my points for Weight Watchers
3. Lose between 1 and 2 pounds
4. Get between 7 and 8 hours of sleep every night
