My weigh in will have to be delayed until tomorrow. I had a drivers meeting this morning at 7:30 and I woke up at 7:05...yup today is Monday. So, I didn't eat breakfast or weigh in just pulled my hair back put on my glasses and left.
Great job for you though! I am super proud of you!
My goal is to do 4 short runs and one longer run this week, preferably short one Monday through Thursday and the long one on Saturday. My short ones will probably be 2-3 miles and I'm hoping my long one will be 5-6 :)
I haven't got my playlist done yet, I'm planning on working on it today at work if I get bored, but as soon as I finish I'll let you know. :)
