Yesterday I went on a half hour bike ride. My goal was to keep my pace at least 10 mph. It was harder than I thought it was going to be.
My stats:
Calories burned: 244
Distance: 4.94 miles
Average speed: 8.9 mph (I forgot to pause it a couple of times when I stopped so I don't know if this is totally accurate).
I'm excited to go on another ride today. Did you exercise yesterday?
