Hello again! So, I didn't do quite everything I wanted to...Monday's are normally pretty weird for me. I had planned on doing 10 miles on the bike and then 30 minutes of zumba plus crunches and push ups....I only got the bike ride in. I was later than usual getting home, then after eating dinner, and waiting for my food to settle it was later than I had planned. Plus after my bike ride my knees were hurting pretty bad, I think it is because of the chain skipping on my bike and I was also riding in to the wind last night which didn't help. So I laid on the couch at about 9 thinking I would just rest my knees and fell asleep! I woke up to go across the street to use Mom and Dad's printer for a second with Lucas and then got ready for bed and fell right asleep! So, I have decided instead of cramming everything into the evening I'm going to wake up and do zumba or weight training in the morning and then the bike ride and crunches/push ups at night. So here are the stats for last night...

Average speed: 11.2 (I've been trying for 12 but it was impossible with the wind)

I am so stinking excited for my new bike! It says that it's still on time to be delivered tomorrow :) Luke's was finally shipped too...and it says it's suppose to come tomorrow as well! The guys who sells them must get them from Walmart or something...because ours are both in the same place, weird right?
Then I woke up this morning..not very prepared to do weights. I planned on using an app that I downloaded and then realized that it requires machines...which I don't have. So I just did some shoulders and chest :)

Right now it's pouring outside so I'm hoping it will clear up so I can go on a bike ride tonight otherwise I'll do Zumba or something.
