So, I just realized that I never blogged my weight for last week. I looked back in my texts to you and I think since I gained 2.6 last time (which was actually a week and a half since my last weigh in) my weight last week was 163.2. Hopefully that's right!
New Weight: 161.0
Lost 2.2
I'm happy that I lost almost all of what I had gained :-) My goal this week is to go under 160. I put on some jeans last night that used to be too big for me but they were kinda tight so that was really depressing. I love the post it note idea--I'm definitely gonna do that.
Good job to you this week! That's impressive that you lost weight while you were sick--I'm proud of you!
