Weigh In

Ok, so since I'm a bum and I haven't weighed in for a while, I kinda have to start over. My weight for this week:

162.2

I love the app I told you about that I downloaded. It keeps track of calories and exercise and stuff like that. It's cool because you can just scan the bar code on whatever you ate and it will automatically enter the calories for you. :-) So, I'm excited to start that today. It's hard to change eating habits but that's the only way I'm gonna lose weight.

So my goal this week is to use that app every day, exercise 4 times and lose 2 lbs!
