Weigh in 5 on the 4th :)

Well, I'm completely floored....

I am so excited, this is exactly what I need to motivate me to do better. I am so excited that I started off like this. I only have 8.6 more to lose before I get an outfit!

I am so glad that you found an app that you like, I tried that app and really liked it. I am just more use to counting points rather than calories so I decided to go back to weight watchers. We'll have to check up on each other this week and make sure we stick to our goals!

My goal this week is to exercise five times, and count my points every day. Hopefully in turn I'll lose between 1 and 2 pounds.

So I'm going to get a little personal here...so watch out! I have decided to go off my birth control...not for any exciting reasons we'll still be using other protection. But I have to go in for my yearly exam which costs money, and I have heard so many things about how birth control messes with your body and makes it so you can't lose weight, so I'm going to see if this helps me not be so tired, emotional and fat ha ha!
