Okay so here are my stats...
Last week: 180.2
This week: 181
Gain of .8 :( I'm super bummed because I actually did count all of my points and exercise this week but I have a feeling it's the "dreaded 2nd week" problem they have on Biggest Loser too. My goal was to lose about 2 pounds and since I didn't now I have to play catch up. On my mirror my goal is to get to 176.2 but I'm hoping to lose 2 to 3 pounds this week. I'm going to add to my routine and track my points really well this week to help....this is my plan for this week.
Monday: Bike Ride: 10 miles Zumba 30 min Crunches: 50 Push ups: 10
Tuesday: Bike Ride:15 miles Weight Lifting: App Crunches: 50 Push ups: 10
Wednesday: Bike Ride: 10 miles Zumba: 30 min Crunches: 50 Push ups: 10
Thursday: Bike Ride: 15 miles Zumba: 30 min Crunches: 50 Push ups: 10
Friday: Date Night- Maybe a bike ride? Crunches: 50 Push ups: 10
Saturday: Bike Ride: 20 miles Crunches: 50 Push ups: 10
Sunday: Walk 30 min Crunches: 50 Push ups: 10
I really want to get back in to the 170's this week so you have to help me stay on track :) I hope your weigh in was better than mine ;)
