
I was super nervous for my weigh in because of being sick in bed. My normal plan is to weigh in on Friday and then have a little breathing room for the weekend, then workout Monday through Thursday the next week. It doesn't work when I'm sick! So I had plenty breathing room over the weekend and then wasn't able to make up for it! But I drank tons of water and tracked everything and didn't go over my weekly points.

It's so funny because every time I have gone to put this weight I always go to type 180 something because I'm not use to being in the 170's and I'm so glad I didn't go above 180 again! Here is a picture of a fun little thing I read about on a blog on WW, you go through and write on one sticky note for every pound so every time you lose one you can take one off :)
